I stared Nolan and William because of their age.. I've got Cade Webber at 19.6 and Guskov at 19.5 in age. With the new rule ( should Guskov move up) I'm not sure if Foote and Francis can even be in the AHL. Neither will be 20 in one month so perhaps I can't sign them to the AHL

Foote and Francis are considered 19 for next season (and, therefore, underagers). The new underage rules aren't clear to me so I'll leave it to Dan to clarify what you're allowed to do there but you definitely won't be allowed to send both down.

I was planning on allowing one 19-year-old this season only, in addition to the normal additional underager per year, which is now clarified in the rulebook. So yes, he could select both. Having said that, we're not choosing underagers yet, and since ELCs slide now, there's no real downside to signing them now, as much as I'd prefer that unnecessary signings be deferred.

You can give them 600k x 1 or 800k x 1 or 2 (I don't know why you'd want to do that though).

Well then I edit that again to 600k for both of them to 1 year. And put a hold on the Gilmartin signing (booster).. Jesper should be fine though - he's not a booster.
