Staff is ready.
Everyone's rating is 80 and guys that were under contract all had their terms changed to 3 years.

You can now hire whoever you want to fill whatever roles on your team, regardless.
I don't mind creating new staff (well, only changing the name of current in-game staffers) as long as it makes sense.

I don't mind if Boston wants Bobby Orr as it's head coach but Montreal can't ask for that. Just like you can't ask for Pat Burns (RIP) to be on your staff. We just ask that you keep things as realistic as possible and hopefully these names can start popping in Teams' News around the league during the season and maybe, MAYBE, we get a coach fired as a website front page story one day.

So, yeah, staff is now irrelevant to the competition but it can now be a little more fun.

Maybe it was posted during the time when we were kinda holding off on anything staff-related until we had them edited.
Or maybe not... I have no clue.

What I do know is that you are not missing out on a couple crucial HT points to an assistant coach anymore. Only thing here is you can no longer have Patrick Roy, the litteral name, in your staff since ARZ claimed him once we were ready.

I fired Link "The Missing" Gaetz "of Hell", replaced him with Owen "No Prior Head Coaching Experience" Nolan and hired Patrick "Definitely Not Stanfield" Marlo as a physio, in case anyone cares.
