I've been looking for a first line RW for two to three years and I believe Frolik is the one who can finally fit the bill.
This deal leaves me very tight against the cap but I feel like I have to do this if I want my team to be in position of being a real contender for the cup in foreseeable future. Dallas Stars are now leaning more towards - WIN NOW - trade philosophy as opposed to more careful approach that has been used for several seasons. And there are some sacrifices that have to be made. Let's see where it will lead us.

With Hall, I have no place for Frolik anymore. Have no plan of re-sign him, same thing as Coulombe after next year. I’ll prefer keeping Coulombe, but Martin want him.
