In Chicago Biggs also was assessed an attempt to injure penalty and is out for 2 games for putting the Panthers Harkins in a walking boot for a month.

Dallas scores 2 in the 3rd to take down the Bolts.

Sorry, I should have clarified this but Harkins is actually out for 3 weeks, so Biggs gets away without a suspension (the news says almost a month but it's rounding up quite a bit).
