Panthers accept. Getting a 99 FA defensive centre fills a big need and hopefully solidifies the bottom six, which has been in flux all year. Signed for next year at a reasonable rate. The con doesn't bother me and might jump. Raty is FLA's top junior prospect but is really nothing special IMO. Hart had to go back to fit under the cap.

confirmed, roster adjustments continue and it clears cash to sign Raty next year.
