Avs accept. Simply adding to my collection of Charlottetown Islanders. Ratzlaff has some fringe stay-at-home D potential, but he's about 20th on my defence depth chart.

Rat will add to my few defensive prospects and will probably be a career AHLer . I give up Branbec who at most would play a bit on the farm.
