So first and foremost Bern and I wanted to post another trade just to upset Dan. So, win/win really.

In seriousness, Bern and I have gone back and forth on this since I posted about focusing on a full retool of my defense because I keep losing in round 1 focused 100% on offense. Losing Tavares is a lot. But, Glukhov is a legitimate top D and I get some futures as a bit of a balance. I think JT might be worth a bit more, but in fairness, he's older than Glukhov, and I save about 2.2 million in cap, which isn't nothing.

Another off season, another big trade between NYR and CHI. Thank god we aren't in the same conference.
