The Flames continue to tear through the league like no one's business, Montreal drops another one in OT, and the Sharks make quick work of the Ducks in the shootout. http://ehechockey.com/EHEC.zip

Dang. I guess can't complain about a point against one of the league's top teams, especially missing my top defensemen and center. Let's regroup for Boston.

This Nikita Filatov cat's pretty good. Who would get rid of such a talent?

I actually meant to send in lines to have Kipper sit this one out... guess he didn't need the rest.

The Brent Burns playing wing experiment turned out pretty good, nice alt. position bonus that I didn't even notice at the time of the trade. Tokarski easing that workload on a aging Marty and continues to look good.

Gah, just checked the file... it didn't come without a price. Langkow and Sjostrom went down, Langkow for a few weeks, Sjostrom day-to-day...

Wow, a shootout victory? I'm mildly impressed with that, but not so much with being outshot nearly 30-20.

The perfect PK finally let up... oh well, 28/29 is pretty good too. For that matter, averaging little more than 2 penalties/game is a recipe for success.
