I don't know if I'd rather win or lose the division... Philly has been rock solid lately.

this is, of course, why you have a Ben Eager on your team
45:25 TB Chris Kunitz (5 min for attempt to injury)

54:14 CHI Ben Eager (5 min for fighting)
54:14 TB Chris Kunitz (5 min for fighting)

-Ben Eager beat Chris Kunitz in a fight.
and you gotta love TB coach Toccet sending Kunitz out for his beating with five minutes left!

The EHEC Suspension Review Board has suspended Chris Kunitz 2 games for his head shot on the Chicago Blackhawks' Patrick Sharp.

Since when is there a suspension review board?

...this confusion is clearly the result of a head shot. Sorry Tampa, that's 15 minutes in the Quiet room for you!

Section 8F4 of the Rulebook clearly states:
A. We will follow EHM’s random suspension policy.
However, a mandatory suspension will be imposed on any
intent to injure penalty resulting in a head injury. This will
simulate the NHL’s headshot policy
. The Committee will take
in to account the player, his reputation, and the length the
injured player will be out when determining suspension
length

Wow, Callahan was hurt for the real life Rangers last night. Scary coincidence.

Broken ankle (likely) for the real one, though.

My apologies Adam, Ive been spending all my EHEC time on TB's Presidents trophy/Stanley Cup run lately. Maybe one day right TorontoGM? I look forward to spending time this off-season on fully understanding the new financial system.

No problem, it was posted on the boards back on June 29, 2010 in this thread. It was in the HTML version of our old Rulebook also.

Maybe if you traded for kinder, gentler hockey players, you wouldn't have this problem. :P

Reading the thread, it appears I blew my wad when I thought I could re-sign Chara (even though I cant afford to now even if he wanted to re-sign). The rest of the thread obv went way over my head, ADD much. Thanks for the advice Pat, I'll def consider that strategy moving forward :p.
