Both St. Louis and Toronto have sent exactly similar bids.

Citing past precedent, both GMs will submit a final tiebreaker bid. The bid must be for the same 3 year length as your previous bid. The bid is due tomorrow night at 10 pm EST. If one team fails to submit a bid and the other team sends a bid, the bidding team will automatically win.

In the event of another tie, I will flip a coin which Toronto can call as he sent the first bid for Enstrom.
