First, let me explain what happened. I worked afternoon-evening on Monday and didn't come back home until midnight Tuesday. Woke up at 4 am on Tuesday for the (6:30-3) morning shift. So, I was home as Adam was entering trades and figuring cap numbers. Around 8 I fall asleep assuming I'll return to my normal rhythm of being up at night. Waking up a couple hours later turned into seven o'clock this morning.. and here we are.

Nicolas' tenure in Ottawa begins by visiting a strong Boston club. So EHM's response, generic 3-1 Bruins win. Jacob Markstrom can't believe how much he was paid to stop thirteen shots from the Leafs. Tim can save the fuuuuuuuuu guy for another day.

Nashville collects an important two points on the road, but loses Kugryshev for a couple of weeks. Derick Brassard leads a third period rally for Columbus at home. The Two Tylers collect first and second star honors to take down the Canadiens.

Vancouver's string of good play continues with a shoot out win at Phoenix. Sorry Ryan.

I fell asleep at 1 and woke up every goddamn 2 hours after that. One time I dreamt I was concussed in a soccer game. The second time I dreamt that I took a train to somewhere warm and sunny (this was the most fantastic one). The last time I dreamt that Tim traded Ovechkin straight up for Cammalleri and I was calling him all kinds of unsavoury names while the new Vancouver GM defended his no-brainer deal as if it was a difficult decision. Maybe the first one wasn't a dream.

I highly disagree with that result. Must have been because it was an early morning game.
