49ers have more weapons than the Ravens. The 49ers will make the Ravens very one-dimensional by shutting down Ray Rice and the 49ers passing attack will have success because of Kaepernick's ability to run. He'll freeze the aging Baltimore LBs with his legs and have a lot of success with crossing routes and TE seam routes.

I think it'll be a pretty close game throughout, but, ultimately, the Niners win 24-21.
