My sincerest apologies to both of you for the sim not being posted last night. I have no idea what happened to Tommy, but when I saw it wasn't there this morning, I figured I would just take care of it.

2 powerplay goals against?
That doesn't seem right.

This loss sucks even if that's the first regulation time loss of this year's playoffs for us.

Seems like Doan is first star in every game now. That sounds about right. :D

Too bad the boys couldn't hold down the fort for those last 7 minutes, but I'm sure not complaining about the overall results.

Well that was a great 10 minutes of hockey by the Flames there...

I'm not sure what's more ridiculous, Max Lapierre having 6 goals so far or Doan having 10.

First star for a goal and an assist seems rather generous. I would have handed the first star to the zebras. So far, PHX wins, MTL wins, let's continue the trend tonight!

I've actually had quite a few games with no penalties despite playing a very physical style. It's not a coincidence. My team is very good at what they do, so they don't constantly fail at it and end up taking penalties - they throw clean hits instead.

EDIT: On the other hand, we do take a ton of roughing and fighting penalties as a result of opposing players wanting revenge for their teammates getting hurt.
