The Rangers are still at 51 contracts.
Dallas is still over the cap (64,075,207 today).
St. Louis is still over the cap.
Sergei Barbashev is still in the AHL.
And, looking back a couple sims, Shane O'Brien still hasn't been put on waivers.

Barbashev is waiver eligible and makes too much to be in the AHL.
