Don't tell my family that I had to almost pull an all-nighter in order to make this happen.

Might as well call it a night...

The NHL was just as boring today anyway.

Yeah, no kidding. But I like what Carolina brought back for pending UFAs.

Yeah, even if they choose not to qualify him, he'll bring some depth to Charlotte while they give some of their young D a chance with the big club.

(I assume you were talking about MacIntyre for Robertson)

100%

He'll be a good mentor for Fleury next year. :)

I'm not sold on what the Bruins did today.

First, keeping Eriksson is a gamble.
Then, acquiring John Michael Liles seems kinda weird knowing how much CJ likes his Dmen playing on their stick side.
He's a left shot but what the team needed was a right handed guy.
On to Stempniak, he's having a pretty good season so far but I have no clue where he's going to fit.
Connolly was starting to feel comfortable playing with Marchad and Bergeron.
Pastrnak also was finding his game a little more as of late.
Hayes and Beleskey were also finding chemistry with centerman Ryan Spooner.

That gave the Bruins 3 good lines and they have had defensive breakdowns all year. So this is a little weird but given what left the team, I guess only time will tell how good/bad this day have been in Beantown.
