Tomás Rod fast-signed for below league minimum. Wouldn't want Colorado taking advantage of that to stay under their cap in their last game (what with their max allowable of ~408M).

Anyone at 82 games is fine for the salary cap but avoid demoting waiver eligible players until after today's sim.
