Good old salary dump.

I need cap space more than a 2nd so the Rangers get a better pick to take Kolarik's salary. Foss coming my way so New York doesn't add a contract.

Sent this offer to the few teams who could afford Kolarik and NYR was first to answer.

I have the cap room to bring in Kolarik, so it was a pretty easy decision to make.

I get a bit of an upgrade draft-wise, and Foss was just eating up a roster spot, which Kolarik should put to better use anyway.
