Not sure what you mean. Looking at cap/DAL.txt, the salaries, penalties, and LTIR on February 16th all match mine but your post in the financials section has their today as 59.332M while I have it at 58M (60.582 + 2.1 - 4.8 = 57.882 -> 58M). After today's trade, I have them at 58.882M which is still below their max.
I had 61.982M for the 13th & 14th including both Seaman and Ambroz (see the list below). I decided not to count Ambroz as if both he and Seaman had been activated from DtD there would have been 24 healthy players on the roster (this was not reflected in the posted TODAY number). I can't work out how you would get 60.582 instead - that's a difference of 1.4M. Then again, I don't understand why it said 59.332 in my today either - it should have been 61.982+2.1-4.8=59.282. It's possible I had a typo in the LTIR that I fixed later, I guess?
