within the links it says it will draw in 28 minutes - but says the draw is scheduled for the 28th. Which is right?

Being used to the chillier temperatures of Sweden Rasmus has been quoted as calling St. Louis "mostly hellish" and Arizona as "a complete hellhole".
To make it easier on all parties and to save Franchises the embarrassment of a "Blake Wheeler type of holdout" Dahlin's agent is requesting that he is allowed to fall to the 3rd pick where he would be more than happy to live in the Northern climes of Minnesota.

I think the only fair solution is to divide Dahlin into 30 pieces so everyone gets a share.
