Jarnkrok gives me a solid offensive upgrade on Gilmour, along with some longer term contract stability.
I'm taking back Artyukhin's contract as payment, and he can also be a useful 4th liner for when I want to go with a bigger lineup.
White is the poor scrub who's going the other way for numbers purposes.
