Former Washington Capitals centreman Joe Juneau has been named as a new General Manager.
It has also been reported that another former Washington Capitals Phil Housley will take over as Head Coach.

It has also been widely reported that assistant coaches for the Capitals will be another well known names such as Peter Bondra, Dale Hunter, Brendan Witt and Olaf Kolzig will be a goalie coach.

As for Hershey Bears, their AHL affliate will be guided by new general manager Steve Konowalchuk while Jeff Halpern will take the Head Coach role.
Assistant coaches will be Jason Chimera, Michal Pivonka, Tom Poti while Jim Carey will be a goalie coach.

Scouting network staff will be also reinforced with the likes such as Sylvain Cote, Calle Johansson, Sergei Gonchar and Kelly Miller.
