Waivers apply now per the waiver rules. Players 23 and under are exempt. It's just a courtesy to others to lable guys as non-eligible to save them having to look up a player.

Assign Jason Dickinson and Mikko Rantanen to Lake Erie (AHL). Both are not eligible for waivers.

Assign Chase De Leo to Lake Erie (turns 20 on 10/25).

Send Matthew Spencer (U20) and Ryan Pilon (U20).

Krutikov and Hill are over 20 and can't be returned to juniors.

Theriau doesn't currently require waivers (though you can waive him if you want) and, as a result, doesn't count against the cap if demoted (at least not until February).
