So you can pretty much ignore the button in GMO that reads either "Send to AHL" or "Waive/Send to AHL." I believe that button is following EHM rules, not EHEC rules. (So, according to GMO I could send down Chipchura w/o waivers, but I'd have to waive almost all of my under-24 players to send them down. That is not the case.)
