Okay so I still don't know how to get Player Scout to run and I've asked the thread and two GMs so far without reply. I don't know what kind of players were drafted in 2015 but I could pick a player at random. Would be useless if I happen to pick a low HI player though.
Can I please get help?

What have you done to try to get it working?

I am trying to find the .dll file. Panthers can you send me a screen shot of the error you are getting so I can research it.

I'll give anyone else until midday (my time) Monday to add theirs to the list. Awards will be very similar to last year's, minus the CON boost to drafted goalies.

Draft rewards are:

1)... +6 HI ceiling to any 2016 draftee
2)... +8 CON to 2016 draftee OR +4 CON to any 2015 draftee with ZERO NHL games; goalies are ineligible
3)... +3 ceiling points across the board to a random 2016 draftee, excluding 1st rounders (PE goes to rating, not ceiling)
4)... +15 ceilings points to a random 2016 draftee, to any non-top-6 ratings; no 1st rounders; max 8 points to any one rating. ("Top-6" ratings are SH, PL, ST, CH, PO, and HI.) (Additions to PE rating will go right to the rating, not the ceiling.)
5)... +6 PE and +4 LE (ratings not ceilings) to any 2016 draftee
6)... +6 FA and +6 Strength (ceilings) to any 2016 draftee, excluding 1st rounders
7)... +6 to PL and ST ceilings (if defenseman) OR +6 to CH and PO ceilings (if forward), to any 2016 draftee, excluding 1st rounders

Okay, folks. Here are the results of a random draw for the rewards. Note that goalies are not eligible for any rewards, sorry. I'm toying with doing something different for next year, like having more low-con goalies that could get random con bumps, or make them eligible for pot boosts like regular skaters. We'll see. Plus, this year ceilings can go above 100. Have fun.

I think that the number 3. reward says "random draftee", so you can't pick by yourself and it will be picked by random.
Or how is it? :)
