Why does it say 4 new messages, when there is no new messages!?!?!?

Inbox full ?? Delete some messages !

Then press to release all messages on hold or something like that

Fair game. Yeah, I fudged off to my cottage for a week or so on a whim and my PM's were overloaded when I got back. I am receiving new PM's now, but still not the 4 "on hold". Where would I find that release toggle?
