*After the completion of the EHEC playoffs and before the start of free agency ('the Window'), the Florida Panthers can elect to have the signing rights to Stephen Weiss returned to them. The option may be exercised at any time during the window by only the Florida Panthers. The two parties may choose to re-negotiate the option during the window.

Only reason this gets through is because Weiss retires after this season.

Also, and because rules are made to prevent unusual stuff from happening, we will not accept that kind of conditions to a deal.

I missed the fact that Weiss could be un retired. For that reason I will keep him and will ask that be he unretired after the season. I also sent TB a PM to the affect that I was going to keep Weiss and void the trade.
