To Chicago Blackhawks:
D Ryan Suter (75)
D Matthew Spencer (81)
C David Cotton (75)
To Montreal Canadiens:
D Shea Weber (80)
C Corey Perry (70)
As if I wasn't in cap trouble already...
I could be giving myself a bigger headache than I ought to but I've figured out a way to make this work so I'm hoping Weber is worth the aggravation. He's far and away the best D the EHEC Habs have seen (it was only while typing this that I realized I'm acquiring a real world Hab).
And just a couple notes that I find interesting:
Long time D partners Suter and Weber get swapped for each other.
Luke Ripley is now the only D returning to my team from the six I used in the playoffs.
Ryan Suter gets moved having played exactly 100 more games for me than anyone else (403 to Jimmy Hayes' 303). He's also my all-time leader in assists (181) and playoff points (25).
