So the interesting stuff:
-the Rangers' Brandon Archibald managed to get his second hooking penalty at 6:07 of the first period. His first ended at 5:59, so he managed to get the second literally 8 seconds later. Oh, and Washington won 5-2, but didn't score on either powerplay.
-literally nothing happened between Minnesota and Anaheim. No goals and just one penalty, though Minnesota's starter picked up a day-to-day injury that forced him to leave the game midway through the 3rd.
-the opposite game took place in Tampa/Pittsburgh, where the Pens absolutely destroyed Carey Price in the third period. It was a bit back and forth, though Pittsburgh had 3-1 and 4-2 leads, before exploding for 4 more goals in the last 13 minutes. Price allowed 8 goals on just 26 shots (sorry Geoff)
