Despite excellent goaltending by Joonas Korpisalo, Montreal still put 4 past him in a 4-1 win.
Less-than-stellar goaltending in Carolina as the home team pulled out a 6-4 victory.
The Rangers held my Wings to just 11 shots in a 3-1 win, with Campbell standing on his head in the loss as per usual.
About halfway through the most exciting game of the day, Vancouver's Alexander Sharov got 5min for attempt to injure during a 5-1 loss to Chicago. This was followed by Sharov fighting Nathan Horton, while the game featured 5 other off-setting roughing minors. Sharov avoids suspension despite managing to injure two Blackhawks (Paul Ranger for a couple of days, Tyler Cuma for around two weeks). The Hawks also lost Brock Nelson for about a week in an unpenalized incident with Mattias Samuelsson, while Michael Latta, of their AHL squad, is out for about a week. o.O
Finally, in a bit of a surprise, the Ducks shutout the Blues 5-0.
