On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 is the commissioner managing a team while personally running the games, I'd say it's fine.

Regarding Rasmus Dahlin´s contract - which column in EHEC Contract Calculator is his next contract (A - RFA?)?
It seems I need to save some money in budget to renew contract with him.

I retired as a ref almost 10 years ago, so for me no ethical problem.

We're not using team budget. We have salary cap. Dahlin is set to become a RFA.

Dahlin is an RFA - under the column stated as UFA, his is listed as "false", meaning he's an RFA.
