A wild 13-game sim tonight with some happy GMs and some angry GMs. Most of the powerplays around the league are dormant tonight including a couple 1/9's, but the big story is that the rivalry between Phoenix and San Jose steps up a notch as Alexander Radulov is taken out indefinitely by Kyle Quincey. San Jose gets the two points out of a fight-filled third period.

David Rundblad taken out for a month by Drew Miller highlights a Central Division affair between the Blues and Preds. da Hawks win and Pittsburgh dominates again tonight.

Also, shame on me, there are some teams over the cap. It should be posted tonight, but I expect this fixed immediately. I take some responsibility, but it's not my job to hold your hand through everything. You all need to be aware of your own finances and respect the league and the other GMs by being within the cap constraints.

Let me guess, our league still has Colin Campbell in charge of discipline? That explains how Quincey gets 5 + a game for intent to injure after giving Radulov an indefinite leg injury but somehow escapes any suspension. I'm imagining Quincey must have literally ripped Radulov's leg out of its hip socket.

Parker, your goons are going to get it this season, you wait and see.

In the meantime, anyone got a 40 goal scorer they don't need?

1/9? You don't win a lot of games with powerplays like that... unless you're playing the Islanders? ;)

I'm sure it was a clean hit - Quincey's not a goon. It's not my fault if my team of good ol' North American boys runs over your European girly men... they should learn how to take a check without tripping over their purses. :P

Seriously though, sorry about that.

You could've had Clutch Lombardi real cheap... ;)
