I consider myself a pretty smart person and I think I knew about 15 of the words in Zaq's post.

I don't remember that ever happening in the play. You'd figure it might be more memorable due to its insanity but no.
Re: Inane Draft Chatter
An essay on the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft
'Brilliant', 'Quite Good', 'What?', these are just some of the comments made recently in the press regarding the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft. In depth analysis of the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft can be an enriching experience. While it is becoming a hot topic for debate, several of todays most brilliant minds seem incapable of recognising its increasing relevance to understanding future generations. Since it was first compared to antidisestablishmentarianism much has been said concerning the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft by those politicaly minded individuals living in the past, whom I can say no more about due to legal restrictions. Here begins my indepth analysis of the glourious subject of the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft.
Social Factors
While some scholars have claimed that there is no such thing as society, this is rubbish. When Thucictholous said 'people only know one thing' [1] he borrowed much from the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft. No symbol is more potent than the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft in society today. It helps to provide some sort of equilibrium in this world of ever changing, always yearning chaos.
Nothing represents every day life better than the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft, and I mean nothing. If society has a favourite child, it is the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft.
Economic Factors
Increasingly economic growth and innovation are being attributed to the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft. We will study the JTB-Guide-Dog model of economics.

Housing Prices
the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft
There is no longer a need to argue the importance of the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft, it is clear to see that the results speak for themselves. The question which surfaces now is, how? In spite of the best efforts of The World Bank housing prices sings a very different tune. Assumptions made by traders have caused uncertainty amongst the private sector.
Political Factors
The media have made politics quite a spectacle. Comparing current political thought with that held just ten years ago is like comparing the EHEC 2012 Entry Draftism and post-the EHEC 2012 Entry Draftism.
To quote that most brilliant mind Kuuipo Shandy 'political change changes politics, but where does it go?' [2] He was first introduced to the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft by his mother. Both spectacular failure and unequaled political accomplishment may be accredited to the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft.
Where do we go from here? Only time will tell.
Conclusion
We can conclude that the the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft has played a large part in the development of man in the 20th Century and its influence remains strong. It collaborates successfully, influences the influencers, and never hides.
I shall give the final word to star Demi Love Hewitt: 'I would say without a shadow of a doubt: the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft ROCKS!!! [3]

I couldn't get the chart formatting right; it's supposed to show a positive correlation between the increase of the EHEC 2012 Entry Draft and housing prices.
But yeah, that's a randomly-generated essay if I ever saw one. It even has a randomly-generated celebrity quote from star Demi Love Hewitt.

Re: Inane Draft Chatter
Also, if anyone wants Alex Auld (74 OA, 66 CON, $750k) as a backup/depth goalie in exhange for their 6th round pick (if we're allowed to trade for those) then you're welcome to him. He's decent, but to say that he's fallen out of favor with the organization would be a massive understatement. If you don't have much use for your 6th rounder and you want to give a retread like Auld another chance, shoot me a PM.

To avoid any issues with making picks, please open this thread, hit Ctrl+F, and then search for the player you want to draft. Make sure they haven't been taken yet.

Probably after a couple days. I'll have to enter contracts for drafted players, edit the draft into the game, and other things.MinnesotaGM wrote:Is there a scheduled time for start of free agency?/ or will it just open right after draft is completed?

Somehow ended up on this page and noticed a familiar name.

"The guy is the face of Cleveland sports and he's not even rooting for a team that's 100 feet from the building he plays in," said Adam Burke, who was waiting outside the left-field gate for Game 2 on Friday.
"From a PR standpoint, that's a terrible decision," said Burke, 20, who doesn't like that James has distracted from the Indians' win. "That's the sad thing. We dominate every aspect of the game but LeBron's dominating the airwaves. Maybe he wants it that way."

Re: Inane Draft Chatter
I think I was quoted that same year for the Opening Day snowstorm of 2007. I was asked something about if I would miss the game for anything and I said something to the effect of no, "No, if my girlfriend went into labor, she'd have to give birth on the Home Run Porch."
She wasn't pregnant at the time, but I realize that journalists are desperate for a quote that means something. My mom told me I was an asshole.

Thanks Parker & Julien. My apologies.Parker wrote:Philly drafted Tomas Hyka, who was actually drafted by Calgary last year.
I need to go re-write him in the file so we don't have any conflicts.
As far as Ryan's pick, he's around now, so I'll see who he wanted to take.

Re: Inane Draft Chatter
EHEC DRAFT FINALLY COMES TO AN END
Stadium Staff Had "No Idea" Event Was Still Occurring
Pittsburgh -- Consol Energy Stadium staff were "surprised and shocked" to discover that the EHEC entry draft was still occurring as of this morning on the premises, twenty-three days after the first pick was announced on June 23rd. "The draft started out in the main arena site, but apparently moved to a back room after the first night," said stadium security director Dwight Cavendish. "Problem is, they apparently never told anyone, and this time of year those rooms aren't ever used, so no one thought to check back there." Cavendish added that after the intense first round, most of the news media "packed up and left town," so the league staff moved the remaining attendees to a smaller, largely forgotten room on a lower level of the stadium. [Ed. note: The Dave Burrows Room.] Cavendish added that it was likely that no one would have found the remaining five or six attendees -- reports on numbers vary -- had a small fight not broken out over a minor prospect in the last round. "It seems that to pass the time while waiting for absent GMs to make their picks, someone watched a copy of 'The Avengers' and claimed that Robert Downey Jr was telling him to pick some guy named Langhamer. Also, a couple of these guys were dragged out shrieking 'Matej! I finally got you!' Obviously a made-up name; we're looking into it." Cavendish also added "This is what happens when you put half a dozen guys in a room for three weeks and make them live off corn nuts, Yodels, and diet Slice.

So at a glance, the Rangers drafted 17 players, the Lightning grabbed just 2 (& the Islanders made 3 selections).
