The league has ruled not to suspend Raffi Torres as Colby Cohen's injury was listed as a one-week injury according to the player profile and the lines tab. The news tab says "around two weeks", which is not the criteria for a suspension. Suspensions result from LTIR-eligible injuries, which must be two weeks or more in length.

Tonight, the Blue Jackets and Penguins play a rather boring affair, but the banged-up Penguins are unable to put one past Pekka Rinne. The Capitals play a sound 60 minutes in beating the Bruins. The Coyotes pick up a couple of road points in Ontario, the Hurricanes wash out the Islanders (too soon?), and da Hawks stay hot.

Can't win them all, but we can't lose 2 in a row either.
