Re: November 17, 2012
I avoid throwing things this evening as Mikko Koskinen makes a case for more playing time. Paul Gaustad helps on all three Senators' goals in a triumph over Toronto. Ovechkin has a three point night for the Wings, but Marleau and the Wild spoil the party late. Carolina and Montreal win convincingly on the road. Tampa Bay and Los Angeles return to the Stone Age of hockey. 10 shots for LA! Even Adam's youngsters can't solve the Sharks.

Re: November 17, 2012
At least the offense woke up. And I sacrificed defense to do it. Rinne could have made some saves, that would have been helpful.

Way to go, old man!!
Huge win. Chicago is on fire recently so it's nice to bring them back down to earth.

Terrible. That's what I get for underestimating WPG though. Rest assured it won't happen again.

Re: November 17, 2012
Well, Backstrom's save % was even worse, so I guess defense was the only real difference. That and PP chances. Good on Getzlaf for whatever it is he did to score unassisted; it would be nice if his linemates started contributing something too. Anyone seen Erik Cole around?Commissioner (CBJ) wrote:At least the offense woke up. And I sacrificed defense to do it. Rinne could have made some saves, that would have been helpful.
