Suspensions:
NJ - James Wright, 10G injured MPS indef.
NJ - Nick Palmieri, 2G injured Horton 1M.
CAR - Mike Brown, 2G injured Souray 1M.

Phillip Danault saves Adam and the Jackets from an aggravating loss to the Oilers. New Jersey's forward group thins out even more after delivering injuries to two key Dallas forwards. Florida posts four unanswered goals to knock off the Hurricanes.

The Flames dismantle the orphan Canucks with Nikita Filatov leading the way. Bad Ondrej shows up for da Hawks against a division rival. Kuznetsov and Filppula produce in their final games as Penguins, while Anaheim returns the favor to the 'Yotes.

Simon Despres wins the award for least likely to record a hat trick.

In other news, my team needs to stop dicking around with shitty opponents and blow somebody out.

Way to go Anaheim! It's nice to wake up on top again.

That's the way the game should've went yesterday too.
For the first time in a while a great game from just about everyone.

Laraque answered the call up in a big way but it's Lapierre who took care of Matt Cooke.

Everybody's on Ovy all the time. They don't want him to win the scoring race!
