Forgot to post these:

Peter Holland -- 440K for 3 yrs
Daniel Gunnarsson -- 990K for 3 yrs
Luca Sbisa -- 2.3M for 3 yrs

All were rejected, and all are now restricted free agents (RFA). See rulebook section 7 for offering bids on RFA players.
