Tyler Biggs seems to have taken that role as the enforcer. He is the younger brother of TNA's Luther Biggs

Biggs is 6'2 and 210 pounds
He has a 2-0-2 professionnal record.

I like to imagine that my enforcer ordinaire Tobias Tornkvist is a cross between the second coming of Ulf Samuelsson and Jarkko Ruutu.

On a recent interview, Tyler Biggs had that comment on G. Laraque.

''During the first meeting this season, Laraque ran away from me. Too bad we play again only April 3rd. But there will be no place to hide at...''

Meh, we don't really have a goon. Elsner may be the closest thing, and has the most fights for us. Gunnarsson can hold his own too. Good thing, since nominal tough guy Dane Byers can't punch his way out of a paper bag.

Don't forget to put the record to see who's the guy to beat right now...

A picture won't be bad too ;)

We don´t have any goon because we don´t need to.

Except Horcoff and Doughty who are 6´1, everyone on my starting lineup is 6´2 or over

Dalton Smith had the best winning percentage for fighting last year, and is undefeated this year despite only dropping the gloves once against Doyle Somerby. Anyone else claiming they are the heavyweight champion is a charlatan with a paper belt. Somerby is actually a really tough guy, 9 fights with 6 W's.

Image

Alexand "Double A" Avtsyn is our day to day tough guy; he might not always win but the crowd always go wild.

Wins: Sheldon Souray
Draws: Ryan Ellis. Kendall McFaul, and Oskar Klefbom,
Losses: Nicklas Backstrom (???) and Lukas Sedlak

Image

Philip McRae (L vs Ryan Clowe, W vs Lukas Sedlak) and Patrick Nemeth (W vs Nieto, L vs Jarnkok) also enjoy the Donnybrooks, and have respectable records.

Austen Brassard, when on the ice, usually manages to find himself in a scrap. He's certainly an undercard fixture for the time being, but his frequent appearances have lifted his name recognition. Thus far his battles have produced mixed results (3-2-1).

Win over Brian Boyle
Loss to Doyle Somerby
Draw with Calle Jarnkrok
Loss to Dane Byers
Win over Brian Ward
Win over Andreas Dahlstrom

Logan Couture is an emerging fighting all-star. He's undefeated in four fights and has an impressive resume of foes.

(3-0-1)
Win over Doyle Somerby
Draw with Tyler Biggs
Win over Dwight King
Win over James van Riemsdyk

Sean Couturier makes surprise appearances when the situation calls.

(2-0-1)
Draw with Ryane Clowe (Because SCF rematch, or something.)
Win over Artem Anisimov (2x, same game) Shatty must be avenged!

Brandon Archibald is our champion, a Dalton Smith level goon who plays hammer defence... And yet it seems like Mike Curtis has been getting the reps in actual fights this year, probably due to finding more willing opponents.

I've always been a fan of Mr. Archibald, but since you never trade with anyone I haven't bothered inquiring. However, he is no Dalton Smith. What makes Dalton so unique, and different from Brandon, is his awesome penalty rating (88, compared to 16 for Archie).

Or as Mr. Kennish, all his hits are 'honour killings'.

This is true, Smith is of noble bearing. Archie's just a mess out there. Look at his eyes.

And I'm sure I've made at least one trade in the last... year? Roster continuity's the bomb.

There's no one to be considered as "goon" here in Dallas, really.

Well, the guy who's closest to that could be Samuel Kurker. He fought three times, while he came victorious two times from these fights.

Nick Palmieri fought 5 times, but won only 2 fights but I would appreciate him more to not drop the gloves at all :D

Maybe a new arrival, Brad Malone can become a Dallas Stars' goon . . . But he's always pending between NHL/AHL, back & forth due to his poor game-to-game consistency

Much like Ned Braden in the French version of Slap Shot, the Arizona Coyotes do not come from “l’école des fiers-à-bras”, although they can count on a few players to drop the mitts when push comes to shove. Slovak winger Gal Koren is arguably the Coyotes’ most talented pugilist, but he has only fought once this season. Light Heavyweight contender Evander Kane, who is primarily known for his skating and playmaking abilities, has already fought four times in 2014-15, and might be the team’s most exciting combatant. Kane remains undefeated after a trilogy against veteran enforcer Todd Fedoruk.

#9 Evander “The Real Deal” Kane
Height: 6’1 Weight: 176 lbs Reach: 77”
Light Heavyweight
2014-15 Season: 22 GP, 4 G, 7 A, 11 PTS, 50 PIM

Fighting (FI): 69
Fights: 2 Wins, 0 Loss, 2 Draws
- Nov. 2 @ Washington: Draw against Todd Fedoruk (12:17 of 3rd period)
- Nov. 18 vs. Washington: Win over Todd Fedoruk (7:27 of 1st period)
- Nov. 18 vs. Washington: Win over Jimmy Lodge (4:36 of 2nd period
- Nov. 18 vs. Washington: Draw against Todd Fedoruk (13:07 of 2nd period)

Jared Boll

Height/Weight: 6'2"/206
28 years old
Fighting/Penalty: 99/36
2014-2015 record: 4-0-0

Oct 31st: W vs Steven Shipley
Oct 31st: W vs Steven Shipley
Nov 8th: W vs Michael Curtis
Nov 8th: W vs Patrice Cormier

Jared's vision is second to none. He can find you on the ice with a nice tape to tape pass or he can find a small opening and knock his opponents out cold during a brawl. He's a reliable guy; he doesn't take too many nights off. He's a fan favorite and a guy that everyone loves in the room. Clearly, Mr.Boll's our no.1 enforcer here in Calgary.

We could but we must find a system and somebody has to search all the fights and everything which seems a lot of work.

But it could be cool if someone takes the job.
