RFA's are calculate through a formula. We used to have a spreadsheet that calculated figures, but there will be tweaks before contracts are signed this summer.

UFA's from your own team, I believe go through arbitration still. IIRC, we were moving away from that system so it might of changed. I am sure Bub, Julien or Dan will make a post about how contracts will work within the next while.

Contracts for re-signing your own players will start after we complete the draft. So, not for a while yet.

However, I can offer the ELCs you've requested, as well as renewing your staff contracts.

We do not use arbitration for non-goaltenders anymore. We just use the salary calculator.
