Game 5, EHEC STANLEY CUP FINALS!
Results here: http://www.ehechockey.com/schedule.php
League file here: http://www.ehechockey.com/ehec.zip
5 - 3
Tampa WINS series 4-1
...Congrats to Justin and Tampa on winning the 2015 Stanley Cup! Quite a season for our trademeister general, eh?
...and congrats also to Dan and San Jose for making the most out of a disappointing regular season. Nice way to gather some extra leadership points...
So with the end of the playoffs, we will commence the next step of the off-season shortly. I will announce our schedule tomorrow, but expect me to take a couple days off to relax a bit and then finish getting things ready for the first days of the rest of the off-season.

Re: June 4, 2015
Five years ago I had the pleasure of being the inaugural EHEC Stanley Cup champion; I’m honoured to hold the title once again for the 6th season. A major source of my joy is from every GM in this league. I take pride in competing against such fine gentleman; without everyone’s efforts there is no league. I thank each and every one of you and look forward to EHEC’s future (because it is so bright!).
Good series Dan, the Sharks broke many a dream on their way to the Cup finals.
Pat, our saviour in the 11th hour, your efforts ensured EHEC’s survival in uncertain times. I’ve enjoyed being able to help out and learn from your leadership. We are all lucky to have you here and I hope this year was fun you too.
Adam, the godfather of our virtual hockey communal, it was such a pleasure to meet this year. Without you, none of this is possible and I will be forever indebted for the happiness EHEC has brought me throughout the years. I am honoured to call you a friend.
Cheers boys! And don’t your taking my Cup away from me without a fight!

Side note: The feel good story of the decade has to be Vinny Lecav's run behind the bench. Gets his career ended the last game of the regular season of what was supposed to be his Stanley Cup defense...only to return to the NHL behind the bench and win it all his first season....life is good!

Good job, both of you guys.
At least we got rid of those silly Penguins.

Congrats Justin. Now you will face a real test: how to get under the salary cap by the start of next season.

Thanks. Been a hectic past few months for me but definitely glad to be back in the mix. Also helps having my laptop working again.
