Free agent staff members can be claimed by posting a message under the Official Staff Waiver Wire Claim Thread of the league message board. General managers can also offer contract extensions to existing staff members under the Team Personnel thread. Staff members can be assigned new roles within the organization using GM Office’s Manage Coaching Staff option.

Staff members will be signed according to what they are asking in-game.
