I unlocked the buyouts thread. (Waiver wire - Buyouts)

We are currently posting our buyouts in the waiver wire thread but starting now, you can post in the appropriate thread.
Remember, buyouts are for guys making more than $1,000,000. Players making less will continue to be released via the waiver wire thread, like we've always done.

Plus, we are looking at altering the buyout rules for next season, to avoid a rash of buyouts during the regular season. We may impose a time limit, such as buyouts can only be done during certain months (ie, off-season and maybe pre-season). Stay tuned.

Also, we are re-visiting the current waiver rules regarding "stashing" of NHL-caliber vets on the farm, as well as potential re-claims (ad nauseam) of players put on waivers. Nothing is immediately forthcoming; nothing may come of this entirely. Just...fair warning.
