Agreed. I'm saving a bit on salary going into next season with this. Even though Whit has 20pts for me this year and has been important, I've still got the very strong Werenski to provide offense. Raj was gonna be a call up I thought but helps to get this deal done.

I get a good offensive defenseman and Rajala give me scoring depth on my fourth line. Coloaiacovo wasn't anymore on my future plan, like Bender, who was sign to give me some depth. Benn was the price to land Whitney.
