To Colorado: Michael Matheson
To Chicago: Dan Girardi

Reasoning: I can afford Girardi till year end and improve my 2nd pair of D for the playoff push. Thank you Colorado!

Colorado accepts. Girardi would not be resigned and Matheson is younger and cheaper. Gives me some roster flexibility for the rest of the season.
