If I have sent items sitting in my Outbox does that mean that the receiving person's mailbox is full or something?
They don't show up in the sent mail folder and I don't see an option to "resend".

I believe it means that whoever you've pm'ed either has a full mailbox, or hasn't logged in since you sent it.
If it is a full mailbox, they'll just need to delete a message, and then it should come through.

It means they haven't opened the PM to read it, I think. You can login and ignore your messages perpetually.

Yeah. It means they haven't logged on yet and/or read it.
Just a strange wrinkle that was throwing me off.
