While Sissons, Grist, and Somerby are consistent, they are pretty consistently AHL players in my opinion. I clear out some contracts I don't want and get back a player who can still help out my AHL squad.

I add some depth players whom I might have to keep buried for the most of the season(s), which is actually the price to pay for me to get a prospect on the blue-line that I like. We help each other out in here pretty nicely.
