Frolov is an okay bottom six forward who I don't really need anymore so I'd rather have a bit of extra cap space, a 3rd rounder and a cheap healthy scratch for next season. Thanks for the grueling negotiations, Justin.

Accepted.
Despite what Dan thinks, Frolov is going to get a chance to play a top 6 role in TB. With his good offensive skills and LE, I'm hoping he can add some secondary scoring the rest of the way. If it doesn't pan out, I can always flip him for a better fit come the deadline.
