Some observations...
Western Conference:
Edmonton takes over the lead in the West for a day (winner of Arizona/LA will move ahead of them tomorrow).
Chicago is guaranteed to finish 3rd.
San Jose is one regulation/OT win away from clinching the last playoff spot though Vancouver has a chance to make things interesting tomorrow. Season series is 2-1 Vancouver.

Eastern Conference:
Florida could still catch Tampa for the Southeast and their final game of the season is against each other (also an outside chance of Washington getting it).
4th through 7th separated by three points though Columbus can't get home ice (Florida and Washington play each other).
Toronto's guaranteed to finish 8th.

Bottom of the league:
Three teams left in the running to finish last. Who wants to donate some points to Ottawa or Boston just to make things fun?
