to Washington Capitals: Jaroslav Halak (76), Cam Dineen (64), 3rd round pick 2021 NSH

Taking advantage of the situation here. I wanted to add a better goalie to backup Varlamov for the next season so Halak fits the bill perfectly who is signed very cheap. Cam Dineen is a offensively skilled D-man who's not even so bad in his own end. 3rd round could be a good player going forward. Low (almost to none) risk ---- nice reward kind of deal for the Capitals.
