Also a very inconsistent attribute though. I remember doing an analysis on how it influences PIM and it mattered quite a bit for centers, defenders it was a large factor but not the biggest, wingers were meh, and goalies don't care.

The number of minor penalties skaters get seems to depend on fighting and hitting for some reason, so soft forwards with low PE and FI are the worst.
