Confirmed. I acquired Larsson last summer in the hopes of a con boost, but it didn't happen, so I had no plans to keep him.

*the rulebook defines this as July 1. I'm pretty sure I meant after the June->September rollover in game, rather than the actual date. I will amend that section shortly to clarify.
